Refund Policy

Cancellations must be in writing and submitted to Deer Crossing Camp’s Bay Area office. For cancellations received on or before April 30, all payments will be refunded, except the deposit amount. Because of hiring and other commitments we make to prepare for camp, after April 30, no refunds will be made.

To prevent possible loss of tuition due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you purchase camp tuition insurance. Read the policy carefully! Standard tuition insurance typically covers campers who get sick and are unable to come to camp, or if they get sick at camp. Enhanced insurance allows you to “cancel for any reason” at least 48 hours prior to the start of camp and usually refunds a portion of your full tuition cost. This insurance is available as part of the camp application process or later through companies such as TravMark and AM Skier.
